「European Biennial Show of Blacksmithing Art 2019」へ2部門に出品、出場してきました。

◎ World Championship Blacksmith Art
◎ International Sculpture Competition

International Sculpture Competition (国際彫刻コンクール)にて第２位を受賞しました。
日本人が初参加したビエンナーレで見事受賞し、大変嬉しく思います。

「European Biennial Show of Blacksmithing Art 2019」へ参加して
僕は出場することを長年温めながら、自身の軸にある気持ちと合致したことを感じたので前へ進みました。
とても意味のあることと思ったし、そして挑戦して本当に良かった。
国際彫刻コンクールでは、輝かしい２位を受賞しました。
この成績は、今まで関わっていただいた方々のおかげと思います。
そして加えると、受賞した作品はStiaにあるプラネタリウムへ永遠に展示されます。日本へは帰って来ません。
もうそれだけで十分に嬉しい。
この催しは2年に１回開催されます。次回は2021年、プラネタリウムへ見に行ってきます。

テーマ「絶対的な天才」
ソロとチームの出場があって、今回はチームで参加しました。
チームならではの制限時間内に如何に綺麗で正確さの制作を求めました。

◎ International Sculpture Competition
テーマ「人にとって小さな一歩、人類にとっての大きな飛躍」

Japanese title　「あ」
[one short sentence describing the intentions of the artist, the meaning and the symbolic value of the work] It’s an expression that emits the word “a” at the beginning of the letter, in Japanese, I say “A.”
Repeated with the beginning of the universe, it was compared to the truth and the leap.
Ni-Oh is a Kongo-wrestler who protects a pair of temples with two bodies,
“A” and “Un”, which are open and close mouthed. As the title says, I will
produce a Ni-Oh “A”.
作品の説明
文字の始まりの言葉「a」を発する表情、日本語では「あ」と言います。その言葉を宇宙の始まりに通じることと重ね、真実や飛躍に例えました。
Ni-Ohは金剛力士であり、2つの体が一対で寺院を護ります。
「A あ」と「Un ん」は、口を開けて閉じます。 タイトルが示すように、私は Ni-Oh “A あ” を表現しました。
